Are you happy or sad with the Melo developments? Harris, Melo, Lopez trifecta?
If it happens, it's exciting and makes us happy in the short-term but it's short-sighted IMO.

It means Murphy, T.Williams, Favors for Melo.

He has the potential to be. you could definitely see a difference in the Nets play when he plays. excellent dribbling skills, court vision and ability to finish. His only flaw was his shot. he had plenty of time to improve imo. oh well.

I don't know about only... but he was certainly the most exciting Net to watch and arguably the most talented.

T-Will puts up good numbers when he gets the minutes. I remember he was beasting the last month or so of last season.

Don't think so dude. You're dead wrong.

    It's purely a financial move.

    I can't believe this

Twill was our only player that could create off the dribble. Morrow and outlaw can't for shit. Harris never got the type of penetration twill did and he sure as hell couldn't finish like him whether it be a layup, dunk, or nice pass.

Twill was one of the only reasons I've been tuning into nets games now that the team is going down the drain again. Him and favors but it looks like our dumbass mngment are tossing both of them.

I've been calling for the Lakers to get another big for months. Sasha is out of the rotation and not needed. That being the case, this is a great move for the defending champs. While Joe Smith may not be a youngster anymore, he gives the Lakers quality depth up front. He's a veteran, tough, and smart. His skill set is also ideal for the Triangle. Nothing earth shattering but good move by Mitch.

Does this mean that Laker fans will finally admit that Sasha is a douche?

Sasha had his ups and downs but he served a purpose. Hit two clutch free throws that will go down in Lakers history. He'll always be remembered for that. That being said, the Lakers need more size up front and Smith helps in that area.
