A few of those films aren't really undervalued. They always appear in lists from people who are into films. Some are incredibly praised, maybe even too much.

25th Hour is an interesting movie. Back when I watched it (sometime around 2007 i think) Edward Norton was one of my favorite actors. I didn't dislike the movie, but I've had no real desire to watch it again. Rant in the mirror was pretty funny and I liked the premise, I just felt like it left a bit to be desired.
