I agree that Artest is a risk, but what was Kwame and he hasn't exactly turned out. If we can land Artest without giving up anyone/thing better than Kwame I don't think we can go wrong.

It's pretty hilarious to think we would have had artest by giving up Bynum.
If Mitch though can pull this off as well as getting JO without giving LO up....I would praise him greatly as well as forgive him for his horrible past

I don't think you can play Kobe and Artest at guards... Artest should play small forward, which makes LO LO expendable for something bigger. If this happens, trade LO LO and some other folks for JO.... This way Artest and JO get to play together again. Bynum, JO, Artest, Kobe and probably Farmar... solid lineup except when playing Phoenix or San Antonio.

Kidd = $20 million
Kobe = $17 million
JO = $18 million
Artest = $8 million
Thats over the salary cap with just 4 players...
