Immedietly get rid of Michael Redd and LeBron James.

Michael Redd is a lazy ass player, who is now broken physically.

LeBron James as a franchise guy will fill a box score, give you hollow stats, but isn't reliable when it matters. Can't win with him. And it's been proven.
