Mavs notes after beating Timberwolves on Nov. 27
·With the win tonight, the Mavericks have now won 10 in a row, which is tied for the fourth longest win streak in franchise history.
·The Mavericks never trailed tonight and led by as many as 20 points. Dallas has not trailed in either of its past two games and has held a lead of 10 or more in each of the past 11 games and 20 or more in three of the last four.
·Six Mavericks, including all five starters scored in double-digits and no Maverick had more than 15 points. It is the first time this season Dallas has failed to have at least one player score 20 points. It is the first time six Mavericks scored in double-figures, that occurred eight times last season.
·Mark Blount hit a 3-pointer in the fourth quarter with Minnesota trailing 88-84 at the time. It is the FIRST 3-pointer he’s made in his career and just the SECOND he’s attempted in 469 games played (regular season and playoffs combined). Minnesota hit just 2-of-4 3-pointers tonight. The Mavericks have now held five opponents to two or fewer 3FGM this season.
·Erick Dampier finished with 12 points and a team-high 11 rebounds, marking his third double-double of the season (Mavs 3-0). Dampier had seven double-doubles in 2005-06 and Dallas was 7-0 in those games. Dampier has scored 10+ points six times this season (Mavs 6-0), all coming over the past eight games. All-time (regular season games), Dallas is 40-7 when he scores in double-figures.
·Dallas MADE 22 free throws while Minnesota ATTEMPTED just 19. The Mavericks improve to 4-0 when having as many or more FTM as their opponent has FTA. Dallas was 25-4 when having as many or more FTM as its opponent had FTA last season.
·Minnesota entered tonight leading the NBA in free throw percentage (80.1%). The T-wolves shot 11-of-19 (57.9%) from the line tonight.
·Dallas outrebounded Minnesota 40-33. The Mavericks improve to 9-0 when outrebounding their opponent this season.

·Dallas has scored 30+ points in the first quarter 7 times this season after doing so 10 times in ‘05-06.
