Good riddance to Cutler. Never wanted him here. I was a huge Marshall fan, and while I miss having him around, Brandon Lloyd has more than filled the void. Look what Marshall is doing in Miami compared to Lloyd

Not even close. Plus, Demaryius Thomas has shown some serious flashes of brilliance if he can stay healthy. The Hillis trade hurts the most. He was awesome and was a fan favorite his rookie season, and McDouche ships him out for Brady "I'm still in the League?" Quinn. Puke. At least Moreno is looking very good his last several games.
McDaniel's other personnel moves are much worse though. Trading a #1 to select Alphonso Smith and proceed to trade him the next year for a 4th (I think). Selecting Richard Quinn, a TE out of North Carolina who had something like 12 career receptions in college in the 2nd round. SMH. Not to mention Tebow in the 1st round. 8 of our 11 starters on defense are 30 or older... That's something that needs to be addressed in the draft and he failed over and over at it.
His arrogance also led to Mike Nolan leaving.
Good riddance, Josh, you piece of shit. I'm still proud to be a Broncos fan, as hard as you worked to ruin my beloved franchise.
