i like the font but those look way to generic. there should be some sort of vertical lines going down the side of the jersey. its more visually pleasing

It's obvious Jay-z shouldn't be a graphic designer..as it looks like he went outside and saw the Logo on his Bentley and thought hmmm i can modify it that with my basic skills and make the logo look like a hood ornament that belongs on a car. this is why you let professionals handle this not minority owners of teams.
