Default I need team help before the season begins?

Duncan
Deron W.
Al Jefferson
Manu Ginobbli
Nene
Delonte West
Rudy Gay
Monta
Bargnani
Foye
Rondo
Charlie Bell
Hermann

So, I see that many people are dropping Hermann. Is this a good idea or should I hold out for a bit? Also, is anyone picking up Marvin Williams (Atlanta) in your leagues? He seems to be doing pretty good in preseason play and he's starting, but I don't know much about him. However, in both of my leagues he is not being picked up at all. Also, I've been thinking about these other FAs. What does my team need? I know it's not looking so good.

Calderon
Sam Cassell (injuries is a huge concern)
Navarro
Channing Frye

I would probably rather have Cassell, Frye and Marvin instead of Delonte, Herm and Charlie Bell. Sam will probably get hurt at some point but should produce until then since Brand is out.

Hermann is an intriguing player, but the 'Cats have a lot of other forwards on that roster that will get a crack at some minutes. From what I've seen, even the 2nd-round rookie Jermareo Davidson has been playing well enough to possibly earn some good PT. It can't hurt to give Herm the benefit of the doubt for now, but I wouldn't hesitate to drop him if he doesn't show some significant improvement going into the regular season.

Also, Channing Frye would definitely be a decent pickup. Kid should have a nice year off the bench for Portland this year.
