I think Corey Brewer could be a rookie sleeper, especially if either Ricky Davis or Trenton Hassell do indeed get traded. He'd be cheap contributer in every single category.
yeah.. for a "deep" draft this year, it seems as if nobody wants to take chances with these guys.
so far in my leagues, brewer, noah and yi have been taken. horford has been taken in one of them also, but what about the other picks like conley jr, al thornton.

i guess thats what preseason is for ..
There is no reason that Noah should be taken when Al Horford is still available. Horford's got a better opportunity to play, is a better rebounder and scorer.
Honestly, I think Conley Jr and Al Thornton should have been before any of those other guys as their teams stand right now. Especially Conley since Damon Stoudamire wants out.
Al Thornton stands to get alot of court time with Brand down.... Tim Thomas is not going to play 35+ minutes a night.... Al Horford is the only legit big man on Atlanta... both those guys are going to get a good chance to be a big impact... Noah isn't a fantasy type player anyway... His numbers are going to look like Tyson Chandler's would if he came off the bench. Mike Conley doesn't seem to be battling Stoudamire for minutes at point as much as Kyle Lowry I've heard those two were going to platoon at least for a while....
Between the three of them I'd love to see Horford and Brewer both have a great season and give the skinny kid some real competition for the ROY award. It's hard to have as much love for Yi understandably, but if he shows us the scoring he's apparently capable of, who knows what could happen. I'd think out of the three, Horford is the safe pick to make the most noise. Finally ATL has a legit all-around power forward.
What do you guys think of Luis Scola? I drafted him in the last round in a couple of my leagues. I watched him play against the US Team during the summer, and he looked good. Plus, he's probably going to be the starting PF on the Rockets. I think he's got a good opportunity to put up some nice numbers, especially considering the opposing D should be focused more on Tmac and Yao.
Btw, I think Yi is being taken way too early in some drafts, considering how the Bucks have Charlie V as well, who's a very similar type of player, but with more experience.
I am targeting Luis Scola in the late rounds of my drafts. He's a big that can score and dish well with outstanding percentages and is a decent rebounder too. He can't block shots but he has very good potential to outperform his draft position in Alderman's offense.
