And sure we can compare Brady and Mahomes all day. Mahomes already has a better peak in 1 try. WITHOUT Randy Moss.
Yup same randy moss who was washed up before and after he left NE

Mahomes hasn't been better than Brady. Again time of possesion can be directly affected by the offense. One of the reasons why NE defense has been a top 10 in points despite being average from 2010-2017 is because the offense controls most of the game time giving the other offense less opportunities to score and keeping the defense fresh

Same randy moss whose arguably the best receiver in history putting up 1000 yard seasons with Kerry Collins throwing him the ball. Yeah.. that guy. Lol @ downplaying Randy Moss, so pathetic.

Anyways, the bolded is precisely what teams do AGAINST KC. They run the ball and control the clock.

Now you're making the argument that the Chiefs are too explosive and should slow down and dink and dunk like Brady and the Pats.

You may be onto something, except KC isn't built for that.

oh and guess whose number 3 in 1st downs per game? the chiefs. So you're off again.

Nah I actually watched football back then and I remember what Randy Moss was.

Trying to tell me what happened in 07 when you started watching last year, pathetic lol

Yes, that's what smart teams do.

Um, not really. The 2013 Broncos had a mediocre defense and did just fine as an explosive team. They just had the correct mix between dink and dunks and explosive plays...

Not my problem.

Season just started. I bet they were number 1 until the Colts and Texans exposed them. Counting stats are useless with small sample sizes

Hold that L.

And I don't give a shit about Mahomes' box scores during a time when physical coverage is outlawed. The numbers can't be compared to previous eras.

Mahomes, like Rodgers, has been falsely elevated.

Win some Superbowls and then MAYBE he can enter the conversation.

So so cringe

Nice, you made no actual rebuttals.

"I watched moss play, he was a scrub before Brady!"

Could you be any cringier?

"Sample size too small but these last two games mean EVERYTHING"

You're literally retarded.

I'm a Dolphins fan...2007-08 Brady was a monster. Mahomes hasn't reached that level yet.

Tom was terrorizing teams left and right...with his arm and his mind.

Except last year in his 1st year starting.

"Oh but he didn't win a SB!" <--- dumb argument anyways

Neither did Brady. Oops.

there's this cool thing called, pro football reference, that shows randy moss stats one year before new england and one year after new england.

You want me to cite them?

There's also this funny thing called trends, you know..

Umm, Brady went 50 TDs and 8 INTs and was 18-1. Mahomes last year didn't reach that level, bud.

Mahomes had a bottom 5 defense

What Mahomes accomplished is more impressive than what Brady did with much more help. Coin flip away from making the SB with a bottom 5 defense. Absolutely insane.

And Brady completely choked in the SB which completely taints that year sadly.

You went from 'I watched him play' to pro football reference... which is it?

Stats mean nothing without context. Who was throwing Randy the Ball in those years?

The Raiders had the worst offense in football in 2006 you fukking goofball, of course his stats were down. Jesus christ.

the year prior they were one of the worst and he still managed 1000 yards which is actually quite redic. It is Randy fukking Moss afterall.

It's almost as if the WR benefits from having any elite Quarterback throwing him perfect dimes...
