littlespyda Decent playground baller Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: In the usa Posts: 300	who has done air alert and what were your results? im doing air alert and just im about to begin week 5 i've gained 1.5 inches so far. i want to know what peoples results were and what kind of dunks you can do on 10 ft or 9 ft etc.
