thanks for the pm/invite, i've never played roto before so i'm not sure if you'd want me. if you need to fill a spot i'll play, otherwise i'll leave it for someone else since i'm already in the other ISH fantasy bball league.
I don't really care how many leagues people are in, as long as you can stay active. For now I'll just count people in, but just be honest and opt out now if you don't think you can dedicate enough time to it.
Seems like not many people are familiar w/ roto, I'll give a brief rule breakdown.
For example in a league of 10 teams, if team A leads the league in blocks, he gets 10 point for that category, team B is 2nd place in blocks, he gets 9 point, the team with the least blocks gets 1 point. There are total of 9 categories (just like H2H), you sum up the points you get in each category (the highest you can get is 90, in a 10-team league) and you have a total score.
There's no weekly match up and there's game limits for each position (82 games). So you don't try to max out your games all the time like H2H. Obviously you could if you want to, it's your decision, it just means you'll reach your limit sooner.
bk33, i'm going to have to change my mind and opt out now. sorry man, but i may take classes this winter and i don't want to join multiple leagues and then not have time. plus, my inexperience with roto isn't what your league needs anyways. thanks again for asking me though, maybe next time.
