Did not like the role of Jennifer Garner and the plot has some holes but a great movie

9/10

Sounds about right. Garner was the only shit acting in the whole bloody movie.

Watched Prisoners yesterday. Was expecting more to be honest. Halfway through the movie I already knew how the movie is going to end and who the real ''bad'' person is.

7.8 / 10

Yup.

Great flick because it feels more like an american movie than a chinese one: it takes its time with the story and character and when there is an action scene, it goes all out. There's only 3 fighting scenes, but they are some of the best choreographed scenes I have seen.

Really interesting movie about the financial crisis because it is a genuine attempt to look in on the mentality of investment bankers during the beginning of the crisis. It didn't depict them as evil schemers with horns in the back of their head but as humans who ****ed up and got in over their head. Good movie for anyone who might want to get a glimpse at what it really is like for people making decisions at a place like Goldman.

The film didn't really have a dramatic build-up and conclusion to the plot but instead it just had this constant feeling of inevitable disaster. It had more of a reflective emotional experience to it than a dramatic first hand one. Kind of a strange movie but I liked it a lot. I'd give it an 7.5-8ish.

Dallas Buyers Club. 8.8/10

Very good film. I think it could take home best actor and best supporting at the Oscars this year.

Yep, it's usually a guarantee when the actors take home both the Golden Globe and SAG Awards.

Well I'm 19 tomorrow so I'm younger than the film, and I just hadn't seen it. Obviously it was no longer in cinemas by the time I would be old enough to go there, I've never noticed it on TV and I've never had it on Blu-Ray, DVD or VHS.

Great film though, I had been missing out

It's on basic cable constantly, but to be fair to you, it's not the type of movie you can pick up on basic cable unless you've seen it before. When you're flipping channells now, you'll see it, and you'll inevetibly watch at least fifteen minutes because some "part" is always just coming up.

I live in England so maybe that's why I haven't seen it on TV. Avatar, Titanic and Iron Man are always on here. I hear there's a proposed sequel to Forest Gump, based on the book's sequel.

If I see it on TV I'd watch the whole thing
