about the same rating, maybe even lower. i didn't find that fight funny. it was so random and like you said, felt like one of those times they tried a little too hard. like...where did blinky get the grenade?

the raunchy parts were still funny but some scenes fell completely flat imo. that really detracted from the movie. then again, it's hard to live up to the first. one of my fav comedies ever.

Need for speed. Saw because of Aaron Paul.

5.5 out of 10. Not terrible but not good at all. Generic car flick. Some moments were interesting but the film was pretty pointless. Aaron Paul shouldn't take roles like this.

Eyes Wide Shut (Stanley Kubrick, 1999) - 10/10

This for me is Kubrick's best film. If any of you are interested in good film criticism, I suggest you read Jonathan Rosenbaum's review of the film -- it's one of the few I can trust:

http://www.jonathanrosenbaum.net/199...ponsibilities/

Just for reference, Kubrick rankings go something like this:

1. Eyes Wide Shut
2. The Shining
3. Paths of Glory
4. 2001: A Space Odyssey
5. Barry Lyndon
6. Dr. Strangelove
7. The Killing
8. Full Metal Jacket
9. Lolita
10. A Clockwork Orange
11. Spartacus

Manderlay - 6/10

Von Trier provides us with his usual heavy handed and self-important approach in this film. The only problem with this one, was that it wasn't entertaining in the slightest and really didn't bring up any important points on the issues of race in America. A flop.

Underrated movie. Most soccer fans love this movie but movie critics give it bad reviews. Saw it when it came out but watched it again since the whole thing was on YouTube. Really inspiring.
its a good movie but goes downhill exponentially.
dont watch the third trust me.....its literally shit

The Bourne Legacy - 6-6.5/10

Nowhere near as good as the previous 3.

Blue Valentine - 8.7/10

Just such an incredibly raw and emotionally draining story. What a treat to watch Gosling and Michelle Williams in this.

My second favorite Tom Hanks movie next to Forrest Gump.
Great great movie. Definitely better than the movies he made with Meg Ryan.
