Transformers 2:Revenge of the Fallen

It sucked. The plot was terrible, Megan Fox barely took off anything(yes perv) and the action was rather drab, and didnt make much sense. Waste an hour of my time of the Decepticons killing stuff then it takes like 2 minutes for Optimus Prime to finish the phucking movie like that? Give me a breeeeeeaaaaaakkkk. Also, there was alot of pointless shyt in it, but I wont give much away for those of you who havent watched it, even though I suggest you dont

Overall, I give it a 44%, and if it had randomuglyslut in it instead of Megan Fox, Itd be 24%

Watched Up and Ice Age 3D

UP 3D: 9/10

Ice Age 3D: 7/10

Ice Age was good but it felt like it stretched on quite a bit.

Up just owned in many aspects, sh!t was hilarious.

Okay back to watching films suited for 23 year olds.

8/10

People tend to make a lot of comedies out to be classics that aren't.

Saw it for the first time last weekend in years. Fantastic movie. Ingrid Bergman is a top 5 female actor of all time.

9/10.

even fantastic comedies are very very rarely great films. comedys basically hinge 100% on the screenplay and more specifically dialogue, almost nothing else matters. it is almost impossible for a comedy to succeed as a comedy and also move you emotionally, very rarely they do come along- knocked up and perhaps sideways are possible examples of recent films that succeed dramatically and comedically. if a comedy is to be a great comedy it should keep you laughing all the way through and have humour that succeeds on several layers. in order to do this character development/story and other elements must suffer. the list of comedies that are actually classic films is pretty damn short....

life of brian/as good as it gets/withnail and i/dr.strangelove(if it counts)

im struggeling....
