More high post offense for the Raps, nice little wrinkle to add to the same old pick and pop. Bosh was a beast. Ukic is probably going to go through some growing pains when NBA players start backing off him. Solomon isn't much of a playmaker (my first time seeing him so maybe he's better in that regard) but he seems to have the shooting and defensive edge of Ukic so far.
Bargnani played fairly well, still had a couple of brain farts on defense but at least he's playing closer to the net.
Surprised Adams didn't get much time. Guess the battle between Moon and Kapono for the 3 spot is pretty tight and Mitchell wanted to see more of them.
but anyways, I will still say that beating the Knicks still feels good, no matter the scenario.. preseason, regular season, post season, a pickup game at a highcshool gym, anywhere anytime. this is just that one team we never want to lose to.
Bosh really impressed me with his passing ability tonight. Hopefully our offense will run through the bigs more especially with Calderon not being the most agressive playmaker. Bargnani has also shown ability he can pass from the high post.
I know it's only pre-season, but this was a solid victory. Last night, the Cavs didn't play its starting lineup all that heavily. However, NYK had its starters on most of the game whereas none of our starters went beyond 30 minutes. From what I can see, Moon and Bosh are regular season ready. The bench did a fantastic job. JO played more minutes tonight with less production, should I be concerned?
Ukic was fine tonight, very efficient. I just hope this is only a taste of what he can bring.
As expected, Joey Graham is not part of Sam Mitchell's plan at all.
I really like how Hump is playing!! Last year he was good but he never found any consistent minutes, hopefully now with a smaller roster, Sam will play him more. He's a great energy guy of the bench.
i really really really like Humpz he really really improved really! LOL
Remember, the kid's only 23 years old so I doubt he's reached his peak yet. If he can do this night in and night out, oh man............let's hope he doesn't become a free agent anytime soon.

He signed a 3-year contract extension last fall that kicks in this season, so he'll be around for a while.
Solomon has been a bright spot in the 2 games so far.
I liked how upset he got in the 3rd quarter when he made a bad pass and turned the ball over. You can tell he's really out to prove something. And thats a good thing for the Raps.
Soloman has a scorers mentality, which makes him ideal off the bench for Jose. He'll give a good spark for 5 - 8 mins at a time.
He seems to have the edge on Ukic, Although Ukic didnt look too bad either.
I noticed Moon was 2/4 on 3's last night, which means he wasnt chucking and shot a good percentage.
Kapono played very hard, you can tell he's trying to win the SF starting position.
Bargs played well and was agressive on the boards and taking it to the rim.....but he did that last year in the pre-season too....
