There is no objective way to determine who is the best, and I can't personally watch every european league to see who is the best, so I figure I might as well take the experts word on this. Not a perfect method certainly, but have you got a better one ?

Jennings' scoring and assists are going up, last game he had 13 points and 3 assists and no turnovers.

wasn't that against their #1 ranked tau ceramica?

i'd say he's doing fine. $1.2M to play + $2M shoe endorsement.

Yep.

Especially considering the minutes he's playing, he's doing great.

The game versus Siena , in the Lega .

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYrQG1w00ko

Statistics in the Lega

http://195.56.77.208/player/?id=JEN-...2008&team=1161

Statistics in the Euroleague

http://www.euroleague.net/competitio...7&pcode=001219

Really, bad in the Lege and better in the Euroligue - but only in two games, one versus Tau Vitoria and Mustafa Shakur , a low profile player and back up of Pablo Prigioni , maybe the worse player of the roster of Tau . Pablo Prigioni was with a injury in this game.

I highly doubt he's the best player in Europe, nor are half the players on that list. I've been watching games online and there are much better players over there. I think the NBA GM's watch even less games over there than NBA fans do.

You can see here - if you have a problem , use a proxi - the next day 11 . the Joventud-Rome game . Maybe also plays Ricky Rubio. Rubio on Thursday play 5 minutes in the Euroleague, 3 months after injury. On Thursday, Ricky in 5 minutes made 5 of valuation of the Euroleague , is something like a PER o efficiency . But he has been 2 months without using the right hand, has not improved the shot .

It seems that tomorrow Rubio and Jennings will finally face each other. I don't know how the matchup will be, since Ricky is coming from and injury and Jennings is getting less than 20 minutes per game. Let's see how it goes, I hope some of you can watch the game and tell us your opinions, since it will be hard for me to watch it due to personal reasons. In normal conditions, my bet would be Rubio will own Jennings, but right now I can't really say.

I watched the game. They are both very talented young players, yet they are both at the moment just backup level players at the Euroleague level. They are very talented but are just kids playing against professional men and it shows. That NBA GM survey is absolutely ridiculous if they really think Rubio is the best player in Europe.

Maybe in 3-4 years he would be the best player in Europe, but not even remotely close to it right now. No wonder there are so many draft busts. Those GMs should all be fired.

Maybe Jennings is, not Rubio. He just came back from an injury, so it is not fair to judge him now when he has played less than 20 minutes in the season. But he has already shown he can play at the highest level in Europe.
