I always liked him, he was fearless and would take the ball to the hole when noone else would. He would be our best perimeter defender if he was here right now.

The Raps still retain his rights if as stated in the above link the Russian team does go bankrupt. So their only competition would be another Euro team picking him up from there, or the Raps could package his rights in a trade if they couldn't sign him.
I was the biggest Delfino fan, he was my favourite player in the nba no lie. After watching him play his heart out in the Olympics when Manu was out makes me realise that we need him!
delfino=very poor man's ginobili...speaking of which, the raps should make a run at manu when he comes off the books in san. Even a poor man's manu is better then the non creative 2/3's the raps got going now.

Let's be honest, if the team had any kind of depth in the backcourt right now, nobody's saying Delfino's name. He was a chucker, but he could make a shot every now and then and wasn't as horribly one-dimensional as Kapono or Moon.
