Default Jump Soles

Im sure yall have seen em in Ball magazines. But do Jump Soles actually work and what are the best excercises for them?

My bro just copped a pair recently.

Yes, they work

but dont overdue it (you can hurt your shins and knees)

start out light and build up your workout (dont compromise technique at any time).

4-8 inches on your vertical after a few months.

You could also download the 'fivestar jumping program' off the internet. It works well too.
