When you do your dynamic stretching prior to a workout make sure to do bunny hopz (tippy toe rapid paced jumpz) and carioca slidez to enhance your footwork.
Also just practice running un-linear. A lot of suicides, zigzags, set up four cones and weave in and out of them. Footfire (rapid stomping of the feet) into pushups like you see in thoze kiddie football practices works wonders too.
Meditate, and generally do actions/chorez/work at a faster rate and your reflexes will gradually heighten. I cook/weep/wash dishez/dust a lot because my mother waz never there for me, and it actually does slow down the world if you do it with lightning speed.
