But my guy must have had a seizure when he suggested the Raptors might be involved in a swap of No. 1 and Charlie Villanueva for Indiana's Jermaine O'Neal and the No. 17 selection in the June 28 draft, allegedly so Indiana can get Adam Morrison with the pick.

Not only does it make no sense whatsoever that Toronto would have any interest in O'Neal, who is Chris Bosh Lite at this stage of their respective careers, but why would Indiana want Morrison when they are going to re-sign Peja Stojakovic and have Danny Granger, too.

Getting JO is a bad idea for many reasons previously mentioned, money, injury etc. However, there is no reason that the raps should worry at all about Bosh's ego! It's not like he has led the raps to multiple playoff appearances. So, if we can get another all star, you have to do it. Who cares who is the MJ or who is the Pippen....6 titles is all that matters.

I understand but same thing coulda been said for Tracy Mcgrady when we drafted him ..and later on hes realizes Vince Carter is our number 1 option what did Tmac do ..Jump Ship ..Bosh doesnt appear that way cuz hes only making the real NBA dollars now ...Money talks .The NBA today is not about how can we win a ring ..(it is for the older Vets) .to majority of the younger guys is where can i land a big pay check ..where can i get more media attention etc. etc..think about it ..why is it so hard to get players to wanna come to The raps? Canadian Dollar..No much of a endorsement market as say (NY LA CHI) and yes we are lacking in the talent department too but ya ..Money Talks Man
