So can one go down now?? Clippers have Kaman, Camby & Randolph.I guess they be willing to depart with one now??no?
There were rumours a week ago I think, On intrest from the nuggets to sign Randolph. It stopped there as rumours, because Randolph wage is too much for the nuggets. The players(Melo, Nene) Both asked for another big men, and so did karl..
we definitely don't match up with the clippers by ourselves, there would have to be a third team involved if we wanted camby back or even kaman. it's gonna be tough trading for one unless they have a horrible contract, because our trading chips currently are steven hunter and chucky atkins, who both have a year left on their contracts after this season and will give you no production. with that being said, new york is dumping bad salaries so if we really needed a center we could give up atkins and hunter for curry. as soon as december 14th rolls around i would call up dallas about diop. he just signed a contract so he can't be traded until then but he would help us out on defense when nene or kmart is out.
there are only 2 perfect additions left to the nuggets- instant championship or future championship- rasheed wallace or andrea bargnani- i would go to any length possible to get either
the cheapo fix that doesnt go along w my floor spacing theories is atkins & 2 2nds for sean williams?
i would offer atkins or hunter, the 10 mll te,& 3 1st rd picks for bargnani & kapono
i would even risk trading multiple picks to detroit for rasheed even though he is expiring- because this is the best nuggets team for a long time, but it cant last without another player or 2

After watching the Lakers game, it's clear Denver needs another big man down low who is aware of the opponent's offensive sets and can lead the team down low to rotate properly on defense.
Hell I would take it. Gets rid of two guys who never play for two guys who play. Hows both of their defense though? I never really watched them that closely
At this point I'm more concerned about just having big bodies as opposed to having great players with big bodies.
From what I've seen of Ely, since he rarely gets playing time, he's just another bench guy who gives good energy. Nothing spectacular, just a good role player.
we gave away the guy you might be hoping samb is- i hope samb is able to contribute but he wont have alot of greatness attatched to him
ajinca will be better than camby or tyson chandeler- he is freaky
i have a hard time believing ajinca will make that kind of an impact in this league. he is slow, doesn't have a very high bball iq, and doesn't have a nasty streak like chandler does, or even camby. i don't see him amounting to anything and i don't think we made a bad decision giving away that pick for a future one.
