Default Does anyone know how much it costs to get a cable jack installed?

So I just moved and the room I'm staying in doensn't have a cable jack. No big deal, cause I don't really watch much tv anyways. But then I just remembered league pass. I've had it for the past three seasons and can't really imagine not having it so I'm gonna need to get a cable jack installed.

Does anyone know how much it costs to get a cable jack installed? If it's gonna be $200 for league pass then another $300 to get the cable installed it may not even be worth it.

Good luck man. Ask your landlord, if you have one, if there is one, maybe he might install free of charge or for a small price??? If it's not worth paying for it and it's expensive, then you can go to a bar and watch some of the games.

get a splitter for like 5$ and run a cable from the nearest jack. That's what I'm going to have to do here at my apartment once I get another tv. There's only one jack and it's in the living room.

They even got wireless transmitters out now you plug into the tv with the jack, then it transmits cable to another tv that has the receiver, similar to how you share internet in a house. They run like 15$

League pass sucks. I've had it... and regretted it... the only possible reasons to have that **** are... 1) not being able to see your team otherwise, 2) you work for a pro NBA team, 3) you have time to record every single damn game and watch them all... which I know for a fact you don't because it's an ABSOLUTE physical impossibility to watch every single game from an NBA season in the course of one season, or... 4) you make a lot of online bets involving the NBA and want to be as knowledgeable as you possibly can.

It's not like the NFL where the **** only airs once a week and you can watch a bunch of meaningful games.

There are only a handful of teams in the league I find entertaining outside of the Magic. And the more I watched them on a regular basis the more and more I realized I really do not give a **** if they win or lose... which lead to me being bored.

So basically, and this is just me, I like to watch the Magic... and all of the nationally televised games. My overall NBA knowledge is bound to go down but most of the people here are talking out of their asses anyways when discussing teams others than their own and players not on said team.

As for the question at hand... you're probably looking at around $50. Maybe up to $100 but definitely no more than that. If you did it yourself it'd be a lot cheaper ^_^

Speaking off a tiny bit of personal experience, the splitter is easy and the best way to go. All in all, shouldn't cost more than 75 bucks

No need to start a thread over this, just PM GOBB. He was hooking up cables before he took up a career in hooking people up with cash i.e. banking or pawn shop operator whichever you wish to call it.
