We lost against the Knicks because of Frank. He put Sean Williams in, and right away Williams gets 3 fouls which leads to 6 Knicks points, he then goes and fouls on a 3 point shot which leads to a 4 point play. This guy is the definition of stupid.

it's the usual deal with frank-

the fans will occasionally give him credit for a win and usually blame him for a loss and his boss and the establishment will treat him fairly... which is why he hangs onto his job and is consistently respected around the league.

him being on this list is simply because of the wins, but IMO the defense needs to make significant improvement by the end of the season for this to be a completely successful campaign.

Frank , IMO seems to be turning this ball club around. I mean everyone had doubts about us making the playoffs...but look at the turnaround. The Nets are actually very interesting to watch. They show so much potential and the team chemistry is there. Look at HARRIS, Look at LOPEZ, Vince is a brand new player. We have a big 3 i think in Harris, Carter, and Lopez. And alot of that credit has to go to Frank's coaching. Is there still a lot of work left to be done? YES! But Frank does deserve some credit here.

Coach of the Year simply means:

any coach takes a team with no media expectations

make them relevant so the media can get hits online or sell newspapers

it has no real merit. Otherwise, Phil Jackson, Pops, Sloan, Larry Brown, and Riley should have had multiple CoY by now.

Lawrence? It was his fault stro was in foul trouble and Brook needed a rest? I dont think so. Williams is the idiot not Frank. It's been a pleasant suprise what Frank has done so far

Obviously but, rest or no rest, Lopez should have been in during those last 6 minutes. Im pretty sure Frank didnt make his decision on Lopez beeing to tired to play. But it does fall on Williams, for making those stupid fouls.
