Default Paxson should have traded Hinrich and re-signed Duhon.

Hinrich is too good of a player to be coming off the bench and he isn't good enough to play the 2. Paxson should have traded Hinrich before the season and re-signed Duhon. IMO, with Rose starting and Duhon coming off the bench they'd be the best team in the league with PG's.

I agree Hinrich needed to be traded, but I think Duhon is flourishing in a D'Antoni system, cant say Duhon wouldve taken off with the Bulls the way they are now...I also think that if Duhon was still with bulls, it may of stunted Rose's emergence, since Duhon and Rose may of been stuck in a timeshare early on...

Duhon needs to be given heavy minutes to produce like he is now. It's not really D'Antoni's system alone.

Duhon went from having 22 minutes per game with the Bulls, to 39 with the Knicks. His assists only are up by four and his points by six with the inflated minutes. If he were signed and played behind Rose, his minutes would still be ****ty. The opportunity to start for the Knicks is much greater than being a bench players behind a future great PG, no matter how much money the Bulls offered.

I'm glad Duhon is doing well with the Knicks.

Good point...With Boozer in the bad books with Utah, Paxson needs to go hard after him...Kaman is a great target too...
