Default Suns vs Clippers 02Jan2009

Suns Clippers tonight hopefully this leads to an easy win for the Suns. Also lets hope Amar'e can get back on track, stay out of foul trouble, and not get ejected after two Techs.

Lets get another win tonight after 2 promising victories. we should be able to get a comfortable lead against LAC, and i agree Amare needs to regain focus.

its my understanding that we have somewhat of an easy schedule in the begining of 09, so lets keep racking up the wins while they're easy, and try and make a push for atleast the 4 spot in the West

Agreed. Amare needs to remember what his strengths are, and needs to take less jumpers and drive more. Its great that that is a new weapon in his arsenal, however, he isn't a shooting guard.

Also, I hope Porter realizes that he has an offensive nuclear weapon in the name of Jason Richardson and actually uses him for more than bail our three pointers. Nash needs to give him the ball more. I understand Shaq needs/wants his touches, however Jason Richardson can break down the defense better then anyone on that team not named Nash or Barbosa.

btw...can someone PM me a link?

Amare needs to just box the hell out of Camby. Don't bother going for the board, just box him out. This is getting ridiculous. 8 offensive boards for Camby at halftime! Granted, a few of them luckily went right to him but he's still eating them up way more than he should.

Amare's got 7 already which is decent, but he can't let Camby go for all those. Him and Shaq, they gotta stop Camby reaching those boards.

I agree we gotta stop Camby, but Camby is gonna get his. He's a rebounding machine. I am a little more concerned that Shaq is 0-6 from the field in the first half. usually his second halves are worse than his first halves, hopefully he can reverse that and get some buckets in the Second. Atleast he is still being a presence on defense and some on the boards.

What the hell is wrong with coach Dunleavy. Down by 8 with 8 seconds and he calls his first timeout in ages. And they were fouling down by 10 with 21 seconds. Retarded

Well good win, LAC were very shorthanded but we still did a good job of getting big leads and holding them back far enough from making any serious runs. I love having Barnes on this team, he makes the big 3's when needed, and his defense is better then i thought it would be. We get a long break now, so lets take advantage and get everyone well rested for the Pacers.
