Im still optimistic. I think with a healthy battier and artest, houston can still easily make the playoffs. t-mac is the wild card, we really dont know how good he still is and how healthy he can get. injuries cause the inconsistency and rockets do not have chemistry sometimes evident on defense and offense.
that's because Adelman is a fool...
how hard can it be??!
Starting 5 for now:
start 80% of the offense from Yao.
Let Scola do the high pick&roll instead of Yao.
Keep Yao at the low post.
Brooks penetrate the lane more.
make Artest a spot up shooter.
T-Mac... same as Artest, but let him do his thing when it's a broken play
Landry comes off the bench first.(when battier return, he be the sixth-man)
then Alston, to provide some veteran decision making on offense.
then Barry/Wafer can come on the floor for a couple mins.
with this small line-up, you have rebounding from scola and landry
you can run the floor, u have shooters, u have post player in Scola.
when u need more defense and Yao need rest, why dun you put Mutombo inthere!?
although the line-up should be decided on different match-ups, but Houston has all the players you need! how hard can it be?!
