James Harden is the best wing scorer in the country. He is a SG is averaging 23pts a game, and shoots 55.9% from the field. He converts 3pointers at a 41% clip. He is 6'4''-6'5'' and is approaching 220lbs. James' efficiency and scoring prowess a doubly impressive because of the snail pace that Herb Sendek's Arizona State Sun Devils play. Harden's time under Sendek will make the jump to the NBA a smoother transition. The slow pace forces him to value every possession and to not feel rushed when he has the ball. Rookies tend to want to do everything at 100MPH. James has a veteran's scoring savvy, and will be a top 5 pick in this summer's draft.
He's a good player, but I am unsure about his size. He's listed at 6'5", but wonder if he even is that when I watch him play. He's got good body control and a methodology about him that I do enjoy. Kinda like Brandon Roy, but not near the passer he was though.

He's more like a Ginobili/Pierce mix, not a great athlete but gets it done.
Because of the combination of size issues, and less than elite athleticism, I'm convinced he's going to slip. But he's got a full compliment of skills, and I think he'll be one of those really good players for a good team, but won't ever pull over to All Star level player.
He reminds me a bit of Joe Dumars.
I really like this kid. He's the kind of guy that could get lost on a bad team, but could be that vital third piece on a championship team. His size and athleticism make him a poor 1st option, but his complete game would make him a fantastic complimentary player.

ISH is usually late to the party on prospects, as large percentage of the main forum regulars do not watch college ball. He also plays on the West Coast. The Pac10 has resisted ESPN when it comes to it's college basketball. This often leads to under reporting of some of it's prospects not named Kevin Love.
Love james harden. Guy averages 23 pts SHOOTING 56 percent. You can't get more efficient than that when it comes to scoring. Athlecism is average; however he looks really long so maybe he's 6'5 with a longer wingspan. He has so much control to his game which helps him get quality buckets in the paint. His set shot is money; however, he probably needs to work on his jumpshot. I think he could be a number one option but more than likely he'll be a helluva number 2 guy on any NBA team.
