It doesn't change the fact that he's slow, unathletic, and he's not strong either. Reef played a lot in the post this year, people need to stop blaming everything on Adelman. Brad was the high post passer which allowed Shareef to play in the post most of the time. Playing down low that much means he should get a hell of a lot more than 6 rebounds per game. He's a better version of Juwan Howard.

Well if he was playing 35+ minutes a game he would be grabbing 7.5- 8.0 rpg.
Damn how can u say he is a terrible rebounder go check out his stats.
Please just go and compare his stats with Other PF's In the league.
Shareef has been in the all star ggame, in the olympics rookie game etc: i dont see Kenny thomas accomplish nethin like that do u?

a tidbit from this topic:
"King's at a Glance"
.Sacramento's record was 25-17, when Kenny Thomas played 30 or more minutes. Conversley, they were 10-17 when SAR played itleast 30 minutes. Reef has a chance to impress a new coach, but Eric's choice at he four should be an easy one.

Also when Reef played 35 minutes I remember I'd check NBA.com and he got between 6-7(around 6.5). That's pretty bad for a 6'9'' PF playing 35 MPG. Would you call that good?

We don't need him to start, he's good off the bench though. We have enough scorers in the starting line up anyway.

If he can start blocking shots and rebounding he will become one of my favorite players.
