Default WOW Hilarious Kobe hate

and laker fans think there are haters here??? found this on another forum. its from a board called basketballcafe..these threads are when kobe scored 81..one of them is the game thread and the other is if 100 is possible?

WOW!!! they're long but very entertaining. here are some examples of what you will see...

Quote:
Kobe might make my third team.. There's more to basketball than just shooting the ball (passing and defense).

Quote:
Yes.. Bowen's top defense is worth as much as Kobe's 35 points, if not more."

Quote:
"Kobe may not be an elite player in the league, but he has alot of the ingrediants of an elite player. Great defenese, amazing athletic ability, great scorer, confidence, drive (maybe not as much as others), etc. His problem is his basketball IQ, maturity, and leadership skills.

Quote:
I watched the game and while I was obviously impressed with such a great scoring performance I thought it was pretty classless the way Kobe was racking up points when the game was obviously out of hand. There were a good 7 minutes there where Kobe shot the ball at least one time per possession

At least if they get booed it wont be because they suck...BECAUSE THEY WONT
lol

Whenever I'm booed or dissed at games it makes me play better because I have nothing to prove to them. The ones who make me nervous are people who cheer because if I mess up i feel like i dissapoint them.

Now what the hell does that have to do with the hating...i dont know But Kobe gets booed. looool

I really wouldn't call it hate. Alot of the comments seemed like the constructive criticism type of comments. Most of these comments are much better than somebody telling you off just because you support a player or calling you a groupie because you support a certain player extensively.

The comments are not attacking a certain poster like seen in this board which will lead to flaming, but rather at the player and the player's game. If most posts here were argued with this much reason and tact, then everybody would gain more from the post or the thread, rather than turning it into a flame thread where the original topic is being swayed by people with an agenda different than the original topic or the original thread.

That's nothing. Some poster on this forum said that Nash could easily score 81 points too and more than once but he chooses not to because he is unselfish and wants to make his teammates better.

this is why the lakerforum in insidehoops is the best forum.

other forums don't have intelligent fans like here.

Nash could score 81 in a game if he was the only one on the court... haha

Seriously, thats not Nash's game... I don't think he could ever do that in a competitive NBA game. And, thats not a dis... its just not his game.

I dont think nash wants to score 81.

Yes he is a very accurate shooter. but He uses that when his teammates cant throw it down.

Yes he is one of the best shooters. But he's not elite when it comes to creating his own shot, and what's going to happen when he gets double and triple teamed? (If his agenda is to score as many points as possible, so passing to open teammates is out of the question).

Good thought and well said... he's not going to be able to create shots, especially if he's double and tripple teamed like Kobe.

People dont realize that Kobe won the scoring title last year, and he was usually double or tripple teamed!

but if u double n triple team nash it just makes his game more effective b/c he has 2 or 3 open guys to chose from that he can get the ball to....maybe if he was surrounded by scrubs who couldn't put the ball in the hole....
