Exclamation #1 Thing you're most looking forward to next season

Mine is getting to see how good Kevin Martin will be under the new system and if he can play up to his full potential with more minutes. But I'm also anxious to see what a full year of ron artest will be like your turn...

I want to see what the new system will be and how the players and the fans will react to it

Seeing how Kevin Martin plays when starting for a full season and seeing if Petrie makes any moves for a shotblocking PF/C.

Default Animated and Involved Coach

I would like to see a more active coach during the games. Maybe Musselman will be more involved in the game--call a time out when things are falling apart, question a call now and then, "yank" a player who is screwing up, yell instructions to the players, show a little emotion--HELL, even get thrown out of a game.

well i'm excited to see if we trade potapenko for ely.... and they waive him after training camp.... because they want to settle their business with ely first....and to me i think we are first preferance..... because of bonzi ...hmmm dnt kno but ...it would be good to have him and still be able to keep our pf combo of kenny and SAR....really i think the chemistry of the team will infact be greater ...even with muss because ....it sounds like he listens to players opinion.... and thats good cuz jus leaves trust in the squad

Artest is much better than Bibby as we all know. But, all Bibby has to do is fight Parker and Paul for an all-star spot. Artest has to battle all the elite forwards in the West, not going to happen.

Bibby has skill though...he should be an all star once at least.

Yeah I agree. It's made him pretty underrated, a lot of people think Parker, Paul, and Cassel are better. One thing a lot of people don't know is that Mike can be a traditional PG and a scoring PG, it just depends what his coach asks. The year Webber was traded and Miller broke his leg, during that last like 30 games Mike was getting a ton of assists and his average rose to 6.8 even though IIRC he'd only been getting around 5 before that. This season before Artest came to Sac we had little outside shooting and the team not only had trouble defending, they also had trouble scoring. Bibby put up 20/5.5 with a few 40 point games. There were nights he carried the team either by creating shots for guys like Martin and Miller or by scoring. Every year another PG seems to break out or impress and Mike's steady improvement is forgotten by the all star voters and a lot of people in general.

Artest should be an all star IMO just because he's so good on D. He'll probably get DPOY and All NBA defense as long as he plays the whole season, if he gets his offense where he wants it to be(20+PPG) and he keeps handling the ball getting 4-5 assists I think he'll make it. Then again he'll basically be trying to take either Marion or McGrady's spot.

I dunno I guess we'll see how it plays out, I'm hopeful they both make it though.
