nope. you need someone to play along side shaq not try and compete for shots. also it frees up JRICH to be more of a scorer and main contributer for the suns. Not the best trade I admit but could work for what they are trying to do.

If a trade does actually happen, we're not going to get back equal value imo. The best we can hope for is that the pieces we receive will fit in better with the system - i.e. if he continues to use this current system, Porter will have more success using a few extra defenders who can shoot, than an athletic scorer who gets marginalised whenever Shaq's on.

Hinirch, Noah, Thomas, Gooden, etc would fit that mold great and you can continue building for the future with valuable draft picks that fit the new system!

Jamison needs his shots. Hes probably more of a chucker than Amare. Also 100x worse defensively. Makes no sense at all. What exactly are the Suns trying to do? Become more of a jump shooting team while getting older and worse defensively?

I think a fair package from Bulls would be 1) Deng + Tyrus Thomas+ 2009 pick for Amare..... or a package built around Tyrus, Hinrich, Noah.... ... a lot of young talent would come Kerr's direction allowing him to rebuild.... What do you guys think?

Kerr is doing a real good job of messing up this team. I had high expectation for this season, but the Shaq deal really screwed us over in the end. But maybe with some new faces in the lineup we can begin to get into the Porter ERA.
