will these factors help me grow my vert?
well currently im a sprinter for my school's track team and im beginning to be a jumper too, ive been going with the jumpers lately. in track we run a lot but i dont run distance, and we lift everyday too. and right now i have p.e. and for the next 4 weeks we are in the weight room every other day. then next year will be my junior year and im taking weight lifting class too. so ive been doing leg work outs all the core and everything. doy ou guys have any tips on helping growing your vert?
