I'm a Raider fan and I honestly have mixed feeling about TO coming to Oakland IF it happens. First off you guys dissing the Raiders as a crappy franchise....last six year yes but overall we have one of the best.
Any how....the best scenerio IF we sign him IMO is that we get TO who is still a great reciever in the NFL....he gives us an actual target (we have none at the moment) for Russel to throw to. And say if we draft Crabtree another good thing about TO is his workout routine etc. and maybe he can get Crabtree on the right foot. We would then have a receiving corps of TO...Walker...and Crabtree to go along with are running back core of Fargas....Bush....and McFadden....plus are TE Miller and the up and coming J-Mac at QB. Not to shabby IMO.
I just heard Javon Walker restructured his contract and is taken less money...and that Fargas and Gallery have followed suite so we can go after more free agents...maybe get some Rush stoppers and revamp our O-line.
I think the Raiders have a good secondary with a shut down corner. But we shall see.
Then of course TO can be the problem child he is and just continue to prolong the demise of the Raiders over the past couple of years. As simple as that...........
If I was Al...I wouldn't get TO because of the risk factor...and I would continue to invest in young talent...sign Crabtree if we can get him and build up our rush defense.

as also a raiders i dont want T.O on the raiders we are having a good offseason like you mentioned walker,faras,gallery all restrucured their deals we signed nnamdi,johnson and lecheler,carlisle and we might be getting barnes to play RT
we can just draft crabtree lets not ruin a great offseason that we are having with signing T.O the raiders have less leadership then the cowboys T.O would eat oakland alive
another reason iam thinking they wont sign him is that Al might have learned his lesson from Randy Moss
Why do people think the Pats need TO? It's like the whole world has forgotten that Brady commanded the greatest passing attack in league history. Just signed Greg Lewis (Philly is really stepping up to the plate to support McNabb, lol) to replace Jabar Gaffney. Don't expect much else to be done for the passing game, the Pats are focused on their overall team, not just obsessed with upgrading the best passing attack anyone has ever seen. Gee, I wonder why.
