Diet is key.. running in the morning as soon as you wake up will force your body to burn fat.
Cell tech is basically just creatine mono loaded with sugar. You'd be better off getting straight creatine monohydrate and mixing it with grape juice after you work out. Proteins are basically all the same, MuscleMilk or Cassein protein is good to take before bed. Whey is fine right after WO. Take with oats and PB.. carbs speed up protein synthesis, hope that helps chap.
