So we already know that there's little to no objectivity in any of his posts in this thread. An argument with him on the subject isn't even worth it.

A child support claim against Toronto Raptors forward Chris Bosh has been dismissed by a Maryland court, reports the National Post.

The suit was filed by Bosh's former girlfriend, Allison Mathis. She was seeking custody and support.

On Friday, the court ruled it did not have the jurisdiction over Bosh in the matter of support payments. According to the National Post, the Maryland court did rule it has jurisdiction over child custody.

Bosh's legal team wants the support payments determined in Texas. They put forth a petition in a Texas court this past October to sort out issues of custody and support.
