Default Trade Idea by lakerfreak

This isnt a rumor this is just one last trade idea before the season starts.

Instead of trading mihm since hes proven. here is a thought.

Keep mihm...BUT:

Bostin celtics get:

C andrew Bynum
G Von Wafer

Lakers get:

Gerald Green
Dwyane Jones

The reason wafer and jones are in this is to make the trade workable.

Now we can keep two centers in kwame and Mihm. Since Kobe is in His prime already we need to find someone that can contribute almost the way Kobe is doing and this is thinking ahead...Gerald Green is supposed to be the next Tracy McGrady and hes been doing good in Boston in his very few minutes.

For the celtics...since they dont have a good Center, They should take a gamble on who could be a superstar, Bynum.

So we got a future solution for when Bryant retires in Gerald Green, and the celtics got a nice little project to work on and it can pay off for them.

I know he is Boston 18th pick and should have gone way higher. He is a high flier and maybe someday a star. He had some great games, and loves to show off his high flying but that all show and remind me of Amare. As a replacement for Kobe ? Maybe if we say Kobe is going to retire in 3-5, but I think we got a future true center but I understand why people may think he's a bust. We've seen centers come and go, and its rare to hit the jack pot.

"Andrew Bynum looks like a different person, as if someone replaced the skinny kid with a veteran power forward. He says he weighs 285 pounds. That's what they listed him at last year. Trust me, he's bigger. "He's not a boy anymore," Phil Jackson said. "He's got that man-type body." Los Angeles Times

Im thinkin, If we know already gerald is going to be great then we should try and pursue him...I'm not saying Kobe will retire soon, but he might slow a bit, and if thats the case we got another Kobe type player.

thats all.

and since Boston needs a good center they should gamble on Bynum.

I would love it if we could trade for green with out losing Bynum.

I don't think I can say that its a good trade until I know what we have with Bynum. I don't think anyone can. And, at this point, I think we need to give Bynum a chance (my humble opinion).... the upside is just too great. And yes, there is risk, and he could be a bust.

he did great in SPL though.

and he played like many of the better rookies and sophomores played in the SPL that are already succeeding in the NBA.

So i dont think Bynum will be a bust.
