Playing 2k9 I lost 3 games in a row to the Grizzlies last night. The 3rd one I tried to block a half court 3 by Rudy Gay with Greg Oden and they called a foul. I was up 2 and Gay made all 3 free throws. Then I tried a lob with .9 that didn't even get caught by Roy.

Now today I just beat the Grizzlies finally by 2. Rudy Gay was draining 3's in my face all game. The way I stopped the Grizzlies was play full court press the whole game. This is a crazy fast break team in 2k9.

I think Oden is learning the value of not fouling. Even if you let them score your still in the game and can make an impact.

Every team in 2k9 is a ridiculous fast break team. If you don't get back, you're as good as ****ed.

Lol, our side line reporter just said that full court press is how you beat Memphis. That's what I did and I won.

But seriously, Conley would do full court passes. I never seen the computer do that before.

what an ugly f**king game so far.

portland is shooting 7-21, but is getting to the line. memphis is hitting, but not drawing contact...

oden is playing a very physical game, by which i mean his feet seem to be battling each other to the death....

batum snarfed a dunk...

wow.

It's no coincidence that Oden gets more fouls with Outlaw in. He constantly is challenging the guard that blew by Outlaw. With Batum in the game Oden just has to box out.

yep. sadly, he should actually have 4 by now. he did his favorite "play defense with your hip" move to push conley out on the baseline earlier.
