I didn't see the beginning of the game live, and I wish someone who is neutral will tell me what happened.
People who don't like the Sox will say he was intentionally throwing at him, people who are BoSox fans will say it was a wild pitch or something else. I want the truth.
Beckett knew what he was doing and im not being biased but it was on purpose and you can tell. You got to feel for Abreu, Beckett took 11 seconds after his routine to even pitch the ball and then Abreu called time out to the ump and Beckett looked back and threw the ball straight at his head. If it was a wild pitch thats fine but Beckett approached Abreu right after and IMO Beckett should have gotten tossed

Abreu called for time as Beckett was in the windup. IMO, Beckett probably could have stopped, but the fact that he threw at Bobby's head, plus him barking at Scoscia was worthy of an ejection.
