This video is 27 minutes long. Aparently this guy feels as if he has Constitutional rights.
But apparently... there have been new laws that suggest if you are within 100 miles you live in a "Constitution Free Zone".
(I'll do some more research on this... because I'm not sure what all this means)
Basically what I'm saying is that Border Patrol has moved in 100 miles.
However it's a good argument. I'm not sure who is right and wrong, but the guy that was defending his Constitutional rights won... and if it takes 25+ minutes to that, you might as well just pull over (if you have nothing to hide)...
The only reason this guy didn't get his @ss kicked is because he had a video camera.
I don't know how I feel about this video... I've had to drive through a police check point before in the past... And at the time it didn't bother me (because I wasn't drinking that night

)... but now I can see this becoming a problem.
Anyway... I don't expect anybody to watch the video... but you could skim through it a little bit.
You do have rights... but good luck trying to defend them like this guy did.
