Default What kind of shoulder slope do you have?

High and square/broad with a short neck

Yeah as we all pretty much know, your shoulder height matters more than the top your head height in basketball.

I did 510 for shoulder shrugs today. Can't add more weight on the machine.

Do you include shoulder and neck muscles or your natural incline?

Long neck, sloping shoulders.

Only MP 135 X 5 ATM unfortunately, probably weakest lift I have

no because your shoulder slope is more or less a bone structure thing although your neck and shoulder muscle growth is largely determined by by shoulder structure. for example, sloping shoulders means easy trap growth but at the cost of delt growth; the opposite is for square shoulders.
