i completly destroyed my ankle going for a rebound 2 days ago
once i fell i felt 2 cracks in my ankle i was so scared i dint want anyone to touch it the pain was so bad i sat down on a bench and passed out my freinds had to lift my head cuz i was having a seizure
whent to the hospital earlier and i thought for sure i had broke my ankle turned out it was only a sprain
sooo i rolled my ankle on a tuesday at an open gym. tried to get back on the court the next day, but obviously wasn't happenin. So i just chilled for the rest of the week, iced it, didn't do a great job of stayin off it, but i tired. anyways, played in a tourney on the same weekend, dropped 27 in the first game back.
