FIFA membership to follow, World Cup qualifiers first serious matches for the FSCG
In January next year, the full membership of Montenegro will be granted by the UEFA. By then, Montenegro will be the 53rd member of the UEFA. With this appointment itís expected that the ex-Yu country will be one of the European competing countries during the World Cup 2010 qualification campaign which starts over two years. The president of the FSCG, Dejan Savicevic is happy with the decision and he expects to receive a membership -in May 2007- from the FIFA as well.
