Verlander isn't looking good vs Yanks so far just had bases loaded bottom of 1st but got out of the jam, Mussina struck out 3 batters in 1st inning, popped up and grounded out for 2 outs in second

Actually, Verlander looks very good. Wicked speed and movement on that fastball, and the change up and curve looking very nice; not gettin any calls from the ump.

he doesn't throw that hard normally. It's Zumaya who throws the heat (103). But Verlander has a 1.06 ERA on 5+ days rest, so I'm hoping for the best.

detroit got out the jam, yankees are going to win we nearly had the bases loaded that inning and the 1st inning they were loaded, getting on base is easy for this lineup we just have to finish
