He was ACB defensive Player of the year. He's playing with an injured hip in that game. But he still had 4 steals.

He also had 3 steals in each of his games against the USA in the Olympics. Stripping Chris Paul and Lebron off the dribble a few times.

Yeah, so long as he avoids gambling too much in the NBA, he'll be great. His hands are fast enough that he could still rack up steals without running all over the place, too, sort of like Artest.

He may go down as the most overhyped prospect in the history of basketball. We overhyped Greg Oden and we have seen what he has done in his 2 years in the NBA and that is nothing. I just don't see Rick Rubio as an NBA ready player such as Brandon Roy, Derrick Rose, and O.J. Mayo. I think Brandon Jennings's rookie season will be better than Ricky Rubio's.

it doesnt matter how good he is on offense people
he is gonna get torn to shreds by NBA guards

it's obvious he has a good feel for the game, but in today's NBA, you're expected to have that as a PG coming into the league

i would love to see him up against a guard like derrick rose, it would be a massacre

and yes, i will agree that was a nice play, but it would have been stolen easily in NBA play

Yeah I've seen passes like that. But he does seem to have good vision, I'd like to see how well he does in the NBA.

Brandon Roy was 22 and a half years old during his rookie season.

Derrick Rose was 20

OJ Mayo was 21

Ricky Rubio is still 18.....even Jennings is over a year older than Ricky

Kobe Bryant avg 7pts a game as an 18 year old rookie.

Yes, Iīm sure playing 30 of 40 minutes in the Olympic final at age 17 against a backcourt of Paul, Williams, Kidd, Kobe and Wade heīll be scared of Derrick Rose.

..but you still canīt beat the idiot, who calls a 7 footer hitting a three, a sloppy play. The guy doesnīt even know the player or his 3pt shooting percentage.
