Default Police break innocent man's neck, leave him in a coma and paralized for life

I guess a 1 day suspension for the poor gentile policeman would be CRUEL and UNUSUAL punishment afterall he may have bruised his shoulder or something.

I'd like to see the retards who always defend the police in this sort of situation, try and argue against this one.

The actions of the officer are just f*cking pathetic. Whether it was the wrong guy or not is not of the most importance, because the police don't know whether it's the right guy or not, so they should take the correct actions in trying to question him or arrest him if need be.

One thing is for sure though, you don't f*cking violently push someone head first into a damn wall. A tackle may be warrented if he is running from you and you catch him up, but you don't maliciously attack someone the way that officer did.

He nailed the **** outta that dude. Didn't look like he was running so definitely ****ed up. It says he was wrongfully identified by a witness of an assault.

Did the story get out in America, that a man was killed by police during the london G20 protests when he was walking home from work even though he wasn't a protester, the police denied it and said he had a heart attack and then people released video of police beating the guy up? And how the police gathered up all the protesters on a grass field and wouldnt let them leave until they gave up their digital camera memory sticks and personal information?

Cops do this all the time. Remember Sean Bell? Somehow that cop will be not guilty.

The police couldn't have done a worse job at those riots if they tried. Did you see the the video of one officer punching a woman and then hitting her with his baton? There was also another incident where one officer attacked someone on the head with his shield?

These are just a couple of cases off the top of my, I'm sure there's plenty more, whether there's video evidence or not.

Then people wonder why their is hatred towards cops. Actions like these. Even if he was a criminal, the guy would've suffered the same fate and it still would've been a disgusting thing to do to a human being.

I'd like to get my hands on this prick cop

Man, the french got one thing right: decapitating leaders.

IMO, what's more disturbing than the actions of these cops is the total apathy from their superiors, the government, and the media. Why isn't there total outrage? Why isn't there 24/7 coverage until some real and just action is taken against these criminals? Oh wait, Hana Montana is more important...

Now you know why most people have lost faith in cops. They can't be trusted or depended on.

Cops and Judges and most criminal justice and government officials would never purposely try to show empathy for victims of police brutality...

alot of what they do depends on support from the community and support will dwindle if people empathize with the guy getting his neck broken by a reckless cop

DAs and cops work together to get convictions.. the DA is in no rush to put a cop out there like that.. they would rather not...

people who love the police ignore these stories on purpose... It makes it too hard to be totally pro-law inforcement with this stuff in the back of your mind

I bet the cop's defense will be, "well why was he running then?" Sheeit, I see someone coming at me at 100 mph I'm getting the hell out of the way. It's our primitive instincts that take control at that point. Fight or flight. 99% of the time it's gonna be flight.
