Opie and Anthony do a bit on their radio show where they guess the sentence for these female sex offender teachers based on their hotness. They're surprisingly accurate. It seems the hotter the teacher the less strict the penalty.

That's kind of funny.

What is up with society, why do we want to keep trying to make people have to be older and older for sex, like our bodies dont tell us to start trying around 12?

Lets be honest, back in the day if you were 16 and you weren't married you were as good as done, men wouldn't even look your way for wifey time.

As recently as 50 years ago people were expected to be married by 20.

Just seems absurd.

how do you feel about university profs marrying their grad students? This happens A LOT...do you hate all of them to and demonize their relationships too?

It's honestly not that big of a deal that teenagers have sex with legal people. It happens all the time and you never hear anything about it. I was 16 and was with a 23 year old when I was in high school. No one cared, I know a lot of people too in the same situation at the time or similar to it.

Again, it's the fact she was a teacher and he was her student. End of story.

If they're married while they're a student and professor and they're in the same class it's a conflict of interest. It's more taboo than even being married to your boss in a large company (which a lot companies do not allow).

No. I never said I hate anyone.

The anger over this situation, and the punishment, would have been much, much greater if it had been a male teacher being involved with a female student.

I read some of the comments. She apparently had a brain tumor? There was def. some sort of chemical imbalance if that is the case.

This may be true. I can't seem to remember any female teacher coming off "normal" at least in interviews about the sex with a student thing. They come off desperate, imbalanced, etc.

True. I think it almost has to be the case because women are not predatory when it comes to sex. They are only predatory when it comes to money.

I dunno, at 17 years old I would have been stoked out of my mind to be hitting that. Have people forgotten what it's like to be 17?

I'm not saying there isn't a double-standard or anything, but what 17-year-old male would totally shoot himself in the foot on that one? I mean, that's almost the definition of "epic fail" on his part.

He must have talked about it just a little too much...

In most cases sure. There's plenty of women out there using you for sex though. I've been a victim of it.

Even if that is indeed the case...I still would have been stoked. At 17 I was pretty much happy to f*ck a donut.

Meticode not start talking to girls till your mid 20s or something? Any rational male human being at age 17 is gonna tap that.
