Kings hire Paul Westphal as new coach
Quote:
The Sacramento Kings offered their coaching job to two candidates on an eventful Tuesday in the NBA, ultimately reaching an agreement with Paul Westphal after Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach Kurt Rambis turned the job down.

Westphal is a classic offensive firepower first defense second coach if you look at the teams he coached they all scored alot of points. Now all the Kings need now are some players.

As long as Beno Udrih is their opening point guard, it doesn't really matter who the coach is.

Love Spencer Hawe's fantasy potential...A guy who can average a steal, 2 blocks and 3 a game, while averaging 8+ rebs a game is rare to find at the Centre position...Who were the goldmine players you were thinking of?

Expect even more offense to run through Kevin Martin, I expect him to approach the late 20's in scoring this season, barring injury...

Almost 30 PPG? That's going a little overboard.
