Default Ben Wallace is a hall of famer

If this is really the end for Big Ben then congragulations on a hall of fame career. Big Ben was a dominant force. He was a great rebounder, an excellent post defender and an incredible help defender. In my opinion Ben was the best player on that 2004 Pistons championship team.

So if you look at his accomplishments, doesn't he seem like a hall of famer?

4-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year(tied for the record), 4-time NBA All-Star, 5-time All-NBA Defensive First Team, 5-time All-NBA and one of only 5 players to lead the league in blocks and rebounds in the same season.

Some will up the fact that he's offensively challenged, but that wa snever held against Bill Russell.

False. Everyone knows rebounding/defense is pointless.

Hall of Fame slacker, that's about it! Dude has straight half-assed it for the past 4 years.

Dennis Rodman >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ben Wallets

And Rodman won't make the Hall even though he should.

He can't score. The only team he played well was Psitons simply because it was filled with players who can score and he can concentrate on rebounds&defence.

And yeah, if Rodman didn't get in, Wallace shouldn't either.

I like ole Ben but not quite. Got to put Rodman in first and Ben didn't do it long enough.

Dike is going in (yes he is). Rodman should go in. Ben should go in.

Defense, rebounding, shotblocking and hustle should be rewarded.

Ben is a 4 time defensive player of the year for a reason. his whole career has been about one thing and that's defense. He can't score at all but he was still a starter on the team with the best regular season record this year (or did the lakers have the best record.. i forgot..)

praise D! I say he's in.

Well said. Rodman and Big Ben (more of his earlier years, though), should be in the HOF. They are true "Garbage Men", but they do the dirty work with much gusto.

The thing about Rodman, though, is he never quit.

Ben Wallets quit as soon as he left Detroit. He doesn't play hard anymore and hasn't for years...
