Any team picking 2-6 can really screw it up just because after Blake there's not a single player that's bound to be a star. All of these prospects are hit or miss
This is a situation where you can always count on the Grizzlies. They may not take someone unknown player, but you just know that they are going to make a major f*ck up of this whole thing.
JT might not have been the greatest pick but really. 11 ppg, 7.4 rpg, basicly 50% fg, 1.78 TO, which isnt great but he was a ROOKIE. not saying hes goin to be an animal but man. First year and his numbers arnt bad. He dont make to many mistakes and he is a work horse on his game. He will get better just out of work.
2008- No first round pick, 2nd round pick Nathan Jawai- A guy who had serious health concerns and couldn't get on the floor as a 22 year old rookie.
2007- No first round pick, 2nd round pick Giorgos Printezis (who?)
2006- Drafted Bargnani over Aldridge, Roy, and Rudy Gay...2nd round-Edwin Bavcic (who?)
2005- Drafted Charlie Villanueva (who they traded 1 year later), drafted Joey Graham 1 pick before Danny Granger...2nd round pick- Roko Ukic
2004- Drafted Rafael Araujo (who is no longer in the league) 1 pick ahead of Andre Iguodala and also ahead of guys like Andris Biedrins and Al Jefferson.
I'll take a guess and say Toronto manages to screw something up.
Has the highest chance of drafting a complete nobody in the first round? Do you think any lottery teams might seriously screw up? Predict here.
I personally have a gut feeling the Raptors or Suns will completely screw up and make me cry.
Discuss.
they will probably both do something dumb. Raptors will draft some scrub and the suns will trade their pick (which will end up being an impact player) for a shoebox full of quarters.
